Testimonials

As a finishing carpenter who must unfortunately work with the dreadfully toxic MDF "wood", there are many reasons to wear a mask, but I have never been able to tolerate the nuisance and annoyance of traditional "elastic band" masks and cannot bring myself to wear an actual respirator. Since I purchased the Dust Bee Gone almost 5 years ago, I have used it many hundreds of full days. I can wear it for hours straight on my bearded face without my glasses fogging up. Even the wear and tear of pulling it on and off repeatedly when not needing it, and the repeated careless stuffing of it in my pocket has not killed it yet. I decided to order a new one recently as it is finally getting to the point where it is starting to look fairly ragged, though still functional. I recommend this mask to anyone looking for an effective and comfortable particle mask that can be reused for years. In a time when products are built to be discarded or to wear out prematurely, this is one that is truly outstanding!

I purchased a mask from many years ago at the St. Louis Wood Working Show (@ Collinsville, IL) when you all, I believe, started out. When I sold most of my woodworking equipment to my wife,s brother I gave him that mask. He had troubles (heavy smoker), so he could enjoy making project for his sons pet store. I planed to purchase an additional mask for myself, but we started traveling in the 5th wheel full time so I put it off. I plan to get back into wood working or/ assisting my 2 grand kids (3 mask). The other 2 mask will go to 2 of my brothers as gifts. They do handy man work for their churches and have sucked to much dust into their wind machines which is causing breathing issues. I told them about how well your mask preforms, but as the old story about the horse and water goes .... Well anyway, I give you a pulmonary (and heartfelt) thanks for developing this mask and I may order more in the future for my extended family. MZ

Hello. Today I was working with my Dust Bee Gone mask and I started thinking back to when I bought it. It was at the AAW symposium in 1996 and I think it was your first show where you launched your masks. I bought two and I still have both of them. I am a professional woodturner and I live in Australia, but I have worked in the US off and on since 1970, If you are interested I have a photo of the mask and another of me wearing it. I am not looking for anything more than the satisfaction of letting you know how good your product is. I will be 80 next year and still working. I wonder if I have worked with your mask longer than anyone else? I hope you can let me know how to send photos. Sincere regards, Terry Martin

We have been using the Dust Bee Gone Nuisance Dust Mask for three and a half months. Our employees never complain about dust in their lungs and love Dust Bee Gone. As employers, we like the reduced expense and hassle of paper masks as well as the ability to rinse off Dust Bee Gone masks and use them again and again. They're much more cost efficient than paper masks. Sincerely, Heidi, Lucerne Farms

Dear Paula, I have been using my Dust Bee Gone mask for over a year now and I can' begin to tell you how many times it has saved me from having severe allergy attacks. I am allergic to several things including household dust, palm and pine trees, mold, pets. I use my Dust Bee Gone mask while vacuuming and dusting the house. When I'm walking outside or driving in areas where grass is being cut I rinse my mask in cold water, shake it out and wear it wet. This really keeps me from having my usual allergy attack. It's comfortable and still very easy to breathe through. I forgot to use it when we put our Christmas tree up this year and I had to use my inhaler and take Benadryl for two days. I just finished taking the tree down (wearing my Dust Bee Gone mask), and decided to write you this letter. I wish you all the success in the New Year and want to thank you for taking time from your woodturning to invent the Dust Bee Gone mask. It has certainly made my breathing easier and I'm sure just about anyone would find the mask to be useful in many ways. Sincerely, Sylva Smyth

I have been woodturning for about 6 years. Dust is always a problem with wood working. Before I started using the Dust Bee GoneTM mask, I wore a paper mask with an elastic band. I always had trouble with the paper mask slipping under or over my glasses. Much of the time, I didn't even use a mask. The Dust Bee Gone mask fits well, is comfortable and is very easy to keep clean. Now I wear it about four hours a day in the shop. It is also very good to use for dusty house work, for gardening and yard work.

I have been a woodturner for the past 6 to 8 years and work in the shop 4 to 8 hours per day. All the work is around dust! I have looked for some relief from dust for years without success until Dust Bee GoneTM was made available. I started using the Dust Bee Gone mask approximately two years ago and have been 100% satisfied with the results. I have had sinus problems for years and found that wood dust only aggravates the condition. After using the Dust Bee GoneTM mask I have reduced the sinus problem to a minimum. I would recommend the Dust Bee GoneTM mask to anyone requiring protection from dust

Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your Dust Bee Gone mask. For months I cussed and fussed at the paper/cloth mask or sweated quarts of water with one of those darn rubber contraption that get in your way and press your cheeks in so you wind up looking like a goldfish once you take it off. Thank goodness I made it to the Woodworking Show down in Tampa year before last. There I'll have to admit I was a little dubious about buying this thing you call -- Dust Bee Gone mask. Knowing everything I thought I knew, I just knew it would not work and I would have to go through the aggravation of returning and hoping I would get my money back. Thank goodness I was pleasantly surprised. It not only did everything you said it would do but it is so comfortable my daughter, having returned to the house, has had to remind me, "Hey Dad, you still have that mask thingy covering your face!" Now I feel like the guy that advertises American Express - "I will NOT be caught in my workshop without my Dust Bee Gone". I have told all my carving, woodturning, and other woodworking friends about your wonderful mask.
